WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We ship many of our products free of charge within the European Union. The shipping costs valid for your region appear in the last order step.
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may incur additional costs for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by banks (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Our shipping times vary depending on the product: Delivery is usually within 1-2 weeks. But mostly faster.
DO I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
After your order, an order confirmation will be sent automatically by e-mail. However, it can happen that this e-mail accidentally ends up in the spam folder or cannot be delivered for other reasons. If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact shop(at)bentjesylt.com. You will then receive a manually issued confirmation from us.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
If, contrary to expectations, your delivery does not arrive, send us an email to shop(at)bentjesylt.com - we will then try to find a solution as quickly as possible.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
In such a case, it is best to contact us as soon as possible in order to delay the shipment of the goods. Unfortunately, if your package is already ready for dispatch, we can no longer cancel your order. In this case you can simply refuse to accept the package. The package will then be sent back to us and we will refund you the purchase amount.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
To exchange an item, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. However, it must be new and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot take back items that have been worn. As soon as we have received your returned item, we will issue you with a credit note or refund your money.
ARE THERE GIFT VOUCHERS?
Gift vouchers will soon also be available for purchase in our online shop.
ARE THERE DISCOUNT CODES?
If you have received a discount code, you can redeem it at the end of the ordering process.
